• Live online classes are conducted via Zoom.
• Class recordings are provided to enrolled students whenever applicable.
• Physical sessions are conducted at the NS Training Office, Gulberg III, Lahore.
• Students are responsible for joining classes on time and ensuring they have a stable internet connection and a compatible device for online sessions.

• Your seat is confirmed only after full payment and successful registration.
• NS Training reserves the right to reschedule classes, change instructors, or adjust batch timings when necessary. Students will be informed in advance wherever possible.

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly.
• Maintain respectful and professional behavior during online and physical sessions.
• Follow instructions provided by trainers and the admissions team.

Missed classes due to personal commitments, scheduling conflicts, travel, work, studies, or technical issues on the student's end do not qualify for compensation or refunds.

NS Training maintains a limited refund policy. Refunds are only considered when:

• NS Training cancels a course without providing a suitable alternative.
• NS Training is unable to continue the course due to instructor unavailability and no appropriate replacement can be arranged.

Refunds will not be provided due to:

• Failure to attend classes.
• Personal scheduling conflicts.
• Work, academic, or family commitments.
• Lack of participation.
• Internet or device-related issues on the student's side.
• Change of mind after enrollment.

Registration, administrative, and enrollment fees are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved under the eligible circumstances above, students must submit a written request within 7 days of the cancellation notice. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days through the original payment method whenever possible.

NS Training is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and professional learning environment. NS Training reserves the right to suspend or cancel a student's registration without refund if the student:

• Uses abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate language.
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates any trainer, admission officer, staff member, or fellow student.
• Disrupts classes or intentionally interferes with the learning environment.
• Provides false information during registration or admission.

Any act involving threats, harassment, defamation, property damage, or unlawful behavior directed toward NS Training, its staff, trainers, or premises may result in immediate legal action in accordance with applicable laws.

NS Training reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will apply to all current and future enrollments.

By registering for any course, workshop, or training program offered by NS Training, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
